Mohamed’s earlier roles include Volkswagen’s Global Government Affairs team, FGS Global, Vay and the Federal Ministry of Transport.

Fabio built crisis communications and public affairs from the ground up at CleverShuttle, anchoring a mobility category that didn’t yet exist in German law. Later he led Wolt’s German market entry, turning a challenger brand into a household name against a long-established incumbent, before heading the company’s global expansion communications into new markets and business lines. Fabio has over 10+ years experience in the tech industry, with a focus on platform and marketplace businesses.

Adrian shapes Arkona’s strategic development and is responsible for the firm’s finance, governance and operations. Before Arkona, he served as Chief of Staff at an international strategic advisory firm, where he helped establish the German business and oversaw its operations and integration into the international structures. Earlier, he worked as a consultant at strategic advisory firms specialising in public policy, communications and financial services. He holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Economic Policy from the University of Potsdam.
